Important Notice

This page provides general after-sales information. The actual warranty period, service scope, and logistics arrangement are subject to the purchase page, included warranty card, sales channel terms, applicable local laws, and final confirmation from customer support.

Warranty Coverage

Under normal installation and use, you may request warranty inspection for:

  • Main device hardware issues caused by material or manufacturing defects.
  • Failure to power on, display, or connect normally when inspection confirms no user-caused damage.
  • Factory defects in official accessories sold with the product.
  • Other quality issues confirmed by customer support as covered by warranty.

Not Covered by Free Warranty

The following cases are usually outside free warranty coverage, but support can still evaluate repair options:

  • The warranty period has expired, or valid proof of purchase, order details, or serial number cannot be provided.
  • Damage caused by drops, pressure, impact, liquid ingress, heat, corrosion, foreign objects, or other external factors.
  • Problems caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, repair, flashing, or non-official accessories.
  • Issues caused by incorrect installation, power supply, use, abnormal vehicle environment, or changes in third-party compatibility.
  • Normal wear of shells, stickers, packaging, consumables, or cosmetic changes that do not affect core functions.

How to Request Service

  • Prepare your proof of purchase, order number, product serial number, and photos or videos of the issue.
  • Email support@toooony.cn with the product model, vehicle model, issue description, and contact details.
  • Support will make an initial assessment and tell you whether return inspection is required.
  • After inspection, we will provide a repair, replacement, accessory shipment, or paid repair quote.
  • Before shipping, follow support instructions for account, SIM, or other personal-information related items.

Fees & Logistics

  • If inspection confirms a covered quality issue, we will provide repair or replacement according to the after-sales policy.
  • For issues outside warranty coverage, we will confirm the inspection result, cost, and estimated handling time before repair.
  • Shipping method, freight responsibility, and cross-border service arrangements are subject to support confirmation.
